1. MOHAMMED SALAH
As the Egyptian King is known, he plays for Liverpool FC. Salah, who is in the final six months of his contract, earns £200,000 per week and £10.4 million, with the possibility of earning even more if his contract is extended.
2. THOMAS PARTEY
The Black Stars midfielder is the second highest paid African player in the Premier League, thanks to his work with Arsenal.
For £45 million, Arsenal acquired Partey from Atletico Madrid.
The midfielder is paid £10.4 million per year and makes £200,000 per week.
3. NICHOLAS PEPE
The Arsenal midfielder, who was born in Ivory Coast, is the Premier League’s third-highest-paid African player.
People earn £140,000 per week, or £7.28 million per year. In 2018, he joined Arsenal from Liile for a club-record fee.
4. WILFRIED ZAHA
The Crystal Palace player from Ivory Coast is among the top five highest-paid African footballers.
Since joining the Premier League club, Zaha has played a crucial role for the Eagles.
Every year, he receives £130 million.
5. NABY KEITA
In the five-year contract he signed with Liverpool Football Club in 2018, the Guinean received £120,000 per week. He earns £6.4 million annually.
