Thomas Muller Congratulates Barcelona And Xavi For Their Superb Performance Despite Sending Them To Europa League

After Barcelona beat Real Madrid 4-0 on Sunday, Bayern Munich forward Thomas Muller watched the Clasico and shared his thoughts on social media.

After the spectacular win at the Santiago Bernabeu, Muller, who has been Barca’s bogeyman for the German side, praised Xavi Hernandez’s Barca.

“Congrats FCBarcelona 🤛🏼,” he posted. “It was a pleasure to watch this amazing performance tonight. Chapeau 😉👏🏻”

Muller has always expressed what he thinks, which hasn’t always been a good thing for many Barcelona fans. He commented following the 3-0 Champions League group stage victory earlier this season, “I love playing against Barca.”

Barcelona thrashed Real Madrid 4-0, with two goals from Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and one goal each from Ronald Araujo and Ferran Torres.

Thanks to their win over Real Madrid, Barcelona is now in third position in LaLiga with 54 points from 28 games.
