The Most Underrated Chelsea Star Who Can End Up Becoming A Premier League Legend

Chelsea has some of the most performing players in the Premier League after what they have been achieving in the last few months. The Blues have been playing attractive football under Tuchel and only a few teams are better than the west London side this season.

Most of the players at the Bridge have been performing with some being named among the best players in the league this season. They have been getting enough credit for their performance and they have been tipped to win various personal awards in the future.

Players like Mason Mount Kai Havertz, Reece James, Antonio Rudiger, Romelu Lukaku, Edouard Mendy, and N’golo Kante are highly appreciated for their performances in matches. However, there are a few players who perform well but they never get well appreciated as they deserve.

One of the most underrated players at Chelsea who might end up becoming one of the greatest players in Premier League history is Timo Werner.

The 26-year-old German international has struggled to find form at Chelsea which might be contributed by the lack of game time and taking time to adapt to the English Premier League. Werner is one of the most talented strikers in Europe but he never gets enough credit.

He has started few games than Lukaku this season but the Belgium international is ahead of Werner with 3 goals. After Thomas Tuchel started playing him more unlike before he has been a reliable goal scorer for the Blues.

Despite his tremendous goal-scoring, he is still rated behind strikers who are not better than him in the Premier League. Werner was the closest forward to Lewandowski when he was playing in the Bundesliga. If he will continue finding his form he will end up as of the greatest strikers in Premier League history.
