Nigeria’s Super Eagles are ahead of Ghana’s Black Stars in the latest FIFA world rankings, despite losing out on the 2022 Qatar World Cup.
In FIFA’s March rankings, which were released on Thursday, the Super Eagles were ranked 30th.
Senegal’s national team is ranked first in Africa and 20th in the world, whereas Ghana‘s Black Stars are ranked 60th in the globe.
The continent’s second-best team is Morocco, while the continent’s third-best team is Nigeria.
Egypt, Tunisia, and Cameroon are ranked fourth, fifth, and sixth, respectively, in the rankings.
The March 2022 table not only adds to the history of rankings, but it was also used to determine the seeding for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 Final Draw, which took place this afternoon.
