PSG Offer To Make Kylian Mbappe The Highest Paid Football in Football History

In an attempt to keep Kylian Mbappe at the Parc des Princes, Paris Saint-Germain has decided to offer him a contract that would make him the highest-paid footballer in the world.

The 23-year-old contract expires in four months, and he is now free to speak to other clubs in Europe about a free transfer. Real Madrid had made two proposals for the France international last summer, but both were rejected by PSG’s owners.

According to the Independent, the Ligue 1 giants are ready to make him the world’s highest-paid player by offering him a contract for more than £500,000 per week.

According to the source, the price is significantly closer to £1 million, an amount that the LaLiga team would have no chance of approaching.

Mbappe’s status as one of the top players in the world was proven on Tuesday when he scored a 90th-minute winner for Paris Saint-Germain against Real Madrid in the first leg of their Champions League last-16 tie.

According to the magazine, the French club spoke with some of Mbappe’s representatives on Wednesday morning. Part of the conversation was focused to discussing the advantages of Real Madrid’s current status on the field as a potential alternative for Mbappe’s development.

After Real Madrid’s loss in Paris, Carlo Ancelotti was quick to congratulate Mbappe.

‘Mbappe is Europe’s best player,’ Ancelotti remarked.
