West Ham defender, Kurt Zuoma, has apologized after a terrible video of him kicking and abusing his cat went viral. His club has officially condemned the footage and stated that it will address the issue.
According to Sky Sports, the viral video was reportedly shot by his brother. Kurt Zouma is seen in the video picking up the cat and throwing it on the floor before kicking it around the kitchen.
His younger brother, Yoan, has not confirmed that he was the one who filmed the frightening video, but he did share it on his Snapchat account.

West Ham United has issued a statement condemning the player’s actions, stating that the club does not support animal cruelty and that Zouma will be dealt with privately.
Kurt Zouma also published a statement about the incident, citing that it was an isolated issue in his apology.
“I also want to express my heartfelt apologies to everyone who was offended by the video. I’d like to reassure everyone that our two cats are doing fine and are in good health. Our entire family loves and cherishes them, and this was an isolated incident that will not happen again,” Zouma stated.
