The new Chelsea billionaire owner wasted no time in putting his mark on the organization and rebuilding the team under Thomas Tuchel. 

The team’s new chairman, Todd Boehly, pledged to make investments, and it appears that he is keeping his word as the Blues are currently linked to a number of new players during the summer transfer window. 

Romelu Lukaku, Antonio Rudiger, and Andreas Christensen are just a few of the notable players who have already left, so Tuchel urgently needs backup on defense. 

Raphinha is on his way to Stamford Bridge, among other players, and the German is also trying to hone his offense and recover from the disastrous Lukaku experiment.
