Heaven Rejoices As The Angels Erase The Blues From The Sky In The UCL Quarterfinals

Chelsea were eliminated by Real Madrid in the second round of the UEFA Champions League quarterfinals on a 5-4 goal aggregate at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu.

After scoring a hat-trick in the first game, many fans expected more goals from the in-form Karim Benzema. 

Following two more goals from Timo Werner and Antonio Rudiger, an early liftoff goal from Maison Mount reversed the tide in Chelsea’s favor. 

After much effort, the Madristers scored a noise – cancellation goal through Rodrygo, bringing the goal total to 4-4. 

The game went to overtime after 90 minutes and extra time failed to determine a semi-finalist.

Karim Benzema, the magic maker, added a second goal, putting the Madridisters a goal ahead of the Blues. Chelsea, the champions league holders, has been eliminated from the competition.

In other centers, Bayern drew with Villarreal, allowing Villarreal to advance to the semi-finals on a 2-1 goal aggregate after winning the first game 1-0.
