Mathew Cudjoe, a former player for Legon Cities and Kotoko, has signed a deal with Scottish side, Dundee United. He agrees to a three-year contract with the club.
The 18-year-old Ghana U-20 player left the country for a two-week trial with his new club. After impressing the club’s technical team with his outstanding performance, he was astonished to be offered a deal.
Mathew Cudjoe, who once trained with Bayern Munich, joins the Terrors from Ghanaian side Young Apostles.
In March 2021, the youthful talent assisted Ghana in winning the U20 African Cup of Nations. He played in all six games, including the final, in which they defeated Uganda by a two-goal margin.
Cudjoe is a young and promising talent for Dundee United. They can’t wait to see him improve over the course of the season.
