Ghana Forward Felix Afena-Gyan Ready For Return Leg In Nigeria Despite Injury Fears

Felix Afena-Gyan, a Ghana international, has stated that he has healed from the injuries he sustained in Friday night’s epic match against Nigeria in the 2022 World Cup qualifying encounter.

Last night, the promising teenager made his national team debut, leading the lines for the Black Stars in a challenging match against a star-studded Super Eagles side.

Unfortunately for the AS Roma forward, he was forced out of the game in the second half after falling and screaming in pain.

Despite fears that Felix Afena-Gyan would miss the rematch against Nigeria, the Ghanaian international has taken to Twitter to declare that he is OK and ready for the next game.

“Amazing crowd! Grateful for the show of love and support. I’m ok.
