Ousmanne Dembele is reportedly agreed to join Chelsea and will play in the Premier League, according to shocking new claims.
Dembele, who had a fantastic run towards the end of last season, will join the Blues on a free transfer after his contract with Barcelona expired.
The 25-year-old had a variety of options available to him, including staying at Barcelona or joining French champions Paris Saint-Germain.
However, according to Sunsport, Dembele has chosen to reconnect with his former Dortmund manager, Thomas Tuchel.
Barcelona are expected to be the biggest losers in the deal, having paid £125 million to get Dembele from Borussia Dortmund in 2017.
However, due to the club’s financial position, they must clear off their large pay bill, which has resulted in the permanent sale of Phillipe Coutinho to Aston Villa.
Dembele has struggled at Barcelona, scoring 32 goals and assisting 34 times.
During his time with the Catalans, he has been out of action for long periods of time due to injuries.
