A lot of African footballers have graced the Premier League since it’s inception.

In this article, I have compiled a list of 5 best African footballers in the Premier League history.

Yaya Toure is number one on the list.

In 2010, the former Ivorian midfielder joined Manchester City from Barcelona, where he remained until 2018. He has four Premier League titles to his name and is widely considered as one of England’s best ever midfielders.

Didier Drogba is number two.

Didier Drogba, an Ivorian icon, scored 104 goals in the Premier League and won four trophies during his time with Chelsea. Many people consider him to be the best African player in Premier League history.
