10 Top Players Who Have Rejected Chelsea In This Transfer Window

This transfer window has not been favorable to Chelsea as most of the players they have gone for were being hijacked by Barcelona and other clubs. Here are 10 players who rejected Chelsea to sign for another club:

Raphinha – The player opted to sign for Barcelona despite Leeds United already agreeing a fee with Chelsea. The player was only interested in joining Barcelona.

Robert Lewandowski – Chelsea were one of the clubs who went for Chelsea but the Polish striker was only interested in joining Barcelona.

Matthijs De Ligt – Chelsea were one of the clubs who were interested in signing the Dutch player but the player isn’t interested in leaving Barcelona.

Ousmane Dembélé – Rather than sign for Chelsea, the Barcelona winger decided to take a pay cut to remain at Barcelona despite growing interest from Chelsea. 

Serge Gnabry – Another player that turned down offer from Chelsea but rather is set to sign a contract extension at Bayern Munich.

Richarlison – Chelsea were interested in bringing the Brazilian to Stamford bridge but the former Everton decided to sign for Tottenham Hotspurs. 

Gabriel Jesus – Gabriel Jesus was on Chelsea’s list but the former Manchester city man was only interested in joining Arsenal. 

Nathan Ake – The Manchester City man turned down a move to return back to Chelsea and decided to remain at the Etihad.

Presnel Kimpembe – He is one of the players they are so interested in signing but the new PSG coach have disclosed that the French defender is part of his plans and he is going nowhere.

Jules Koundé – The defender is set to join Barcelona ahead of next season despite Chelsea tabling £55m for the defender. According to reports, the French defender has told Barcelona he will love to join them this summer
