Heartbroken Moment As Zelensky Rejects US Evacuation Offer Saying “I Need Ammunition, Not A Ride”

The United States intended to relocate Zelensky from Kyiv for his safety. According to AP, the US wanted to send Ukraine’s President, Volodymyr Zelensky, who is fighting alongside the Ukrainian troops on the front lines, but he turned down the idea.

“I need ammunition, not a ride,” he said.

On the request of the US administration, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky was asked to evaluate Kyiv, but he refused.

According to a senior American intelligence officer with direct knowledge of the call, Zelensky stated, “The fight is here, I need ammunition, not a ride”.

There have been reports of Zelensky’s demise but hours ago, the President took to his twiter page to tell the world he was still alive and fighting for the Ukrainian people.

“Party leaders are here, the head of the President’s office is here, PM is here, Podoliak is here, President is here”, he said earlier.

There were also news that the President has also asked the Ukrainian army to surrender, according to reports. He debunked that assertion with a video he made just a few hours ago.

“There is a lot of fake information circulating that I ordered the Ukrainian army to surrender. So listen here, I’m here. We are not putting our weapons down. We are going to protect our country, our weapons are our truth”, he said.
