Black Sherif’s Second Sermon Remix Goes International, Gets Featured In NBA All-Star Game

Fast-rising Ghanaian singer Black Sherif, real name Mohammed Ismail Sherif, has returned to international fame following the inclusion of his ‘Second Sermon’ remix in the 2022 NBA All-Star game.

The song featuring Nigerian superstar Burna Boy, has been a huge smash since its December 2021 release.

Last week, YouTube also launched the official video for the ‘Second Sermon’ remix, which has already managed to amass over 720,000 views in only three days.

At the weekend’s NBA All-Star game, Black Sherif’s popular song was played during the commercial break.

The NBA All-Star Game is an exhibition basketball game held each February by the National Basketball Association. It features 24 of the league’s best players.

This follows Black Sherif’s initial global success in October 2021, when his song was chosen as the winning song for French team Clermont Foot.
