UCC SRC ELECTIONS: Patrick Kusi Adu “FURTHERMORE” Declares Intention To Contest For UCC SRC Presidency

A communique released by the campaign management team of current Valco Hall President Patrick Kusi, also known in the political milieau as Furthermore, notifies the general populace of University of Cape Coast the current Valco Hall President’s ambition to run for President in the upcoming UCC SRC elections.


The University of Cape Coast has seen a great deal of leaders who have served in various capacities. It is great leadership both on the student front and that of the staff that keeps this institution functioning and progressing.

One of the most important leadership fronts in this institution is the office of the SRC President, which is an office that represents and champions the interest and welfare of the student populace.

This important office always deserves a dedicated and visionary leader. A lot has been done, nevertheless, there will never be a limitation to the heights this institution can attain through good and purposeful leadership; we can always do more.

It is for this reason that I, Patrick Kusi Adu (FURTHERMORE), a third-year student of the University of Cape Coast, reading B.ED Social Science and the current president of VALCO HALL, come in the spirit of determination, fidelity and integrity to lead the student front.

By means of this communique, I hereby formally declare my intention to run for the office of the SRC President of the University Cape Coast. I believe in my capabilities to serve our esteemed student populace and with your support, our achievements will be limitless.

In the words of Abraham Lincoln, “No man is good enough to govern another man without that other’s consent,” hence, I respectfully and humbly ask for your support and consent in this just quest of service.
